My daughter recently got married about a month ago. When the idea was first presented to me of hiring a "day of wedding coordinator" I thought is this something I really need ? The more I thought about it the more I decided it was something I should consider since I work full time. In retrospect, it was the best thing I ever did. I interviewed several people and I was very drawn to Jennifer Lipari from Signature Production. Jen is very professional and had very convincing arguments for what she does without making you feel pressured.. She is very unassuming and so much more than just a day of planner. She met with us several times long before the big day and definitely gets to know the bride and groom as well as the families involved. I am a very organized meticulous person but Jen puts me to shame. Her attention to detail is incredible and she thinks of things that you never would. She loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. It was very important to me to be able to enjoy my daughter's wedding day and make it as stress free as possible for everyone involved. I could have never done it without her. Jennifer has total control over the vendors and knows who has to be where and when.. She handles all of the contracts and many of the emails that go back and forth a million times as it gets closer to the big day. That alone was huge to me as it seemed like an endless stream of emails. She oversees the timeline of the day and will make frequent recommendations based on her experience which is extremely helpful. At the end of the evening she and her staff will pack up, as most venues want everything out that evening, especially if they have another wedding the next day. You are so exhausted at that point (as it is a very long day) that I don't know how we would have managed without her. She and her staff also helped to pack up the cars which not every planner will do. I truly can't say enough about Jen and her staff. Unfortunately, I have no more children getting married as both my children are but if I did I would hire Jen in a nanosecond. And by the way, my daughter and I cant wait to get together with her to show her the professional pictures as we truly do miss her!!!

Words cannot begin to describe how much we LOVED working with Jennifer L. and her team at Signature Productions. Jen was very professional, but even more than that she was personable and approachable. She not only took the time to get to know us as a couple, she also took the time to get to know both of our families. Just got home from our daughter's wedding at New York Botanical Gardens! Living in Southern California, I was really worried how I would take care of everything for the wedding. Flew back 5 times to handle the venue, band, photography, etc. Had it all in place.....just needed someone to take care of the last month and day of! Signature Productions was suggested to me by the NYBG. Jennifer Lipari was so wonderful to work with. She began way before the one month mark to make sure she had all the information she needed. We met in NYC one month before and I literally handed her all my vendor information....and was done. She contacted everyone and set up a time line with input from my daughter. Signature Productions came in to help us at a moment when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead of us. Planning a wedding from afar can be complicated and time consuming. Signature told us exactly what they could help us with and delivered on that and so much more. When it came to day of, my wife and I had nothing to do except enjoy ourselves. The day went off without a hitch.
